Nashville recording artist Danny Strimer is releasing his new single, “It Gets Late Early These Days,” worldwide on all major platforms on October 27, 2021. Pre-Save on Spotify and iTunes starts October 6. This single follows the release of his critically acclaimed album, New Love Songs | Bossa Nova & Beyond, in January, 2020.

Strimer co-wrote the tune with 2018 Grammy nominated lyricist Alan Miller of Raul Malo and The Mavericks fame.

As part of the story, Danny will be shining a light on SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and grief in the time of COVID-19.

International Musician — “New Love Songs is a uniquely blended, Bossa Nova-infused, Great American Songbook-inspired, World Beat driven, Jazz/Pop collection of memorable melodies, timeless lyrics and percolating rhythms…"

Ron Wynn, The Nashville Scene — “…It’s a delightfully sung and well-played 10-tune selection of originals. Strimer’s lush acoustic guitar support is framed in fine arrangements…”

Randy Poe President, Leiber & Stoller Publishing "...Once you’ve heard these ten songs, they’re going to stay with you. They’re timeless and universal..."
